HOW CAN I RESERVE A PHOTOSHOOT?

You can book a photo shoot by filling in the contact form on the website. You come across him in many places, but you can also  HERE  click. After completing the form, I will contact you by email.

If there is still room in the agenda, I will confirm the reservation by e-mail, where you will also receive an invoice for the photo report. The reservation is final when the payment has been made.

WHEN SHOULD I CHOOSE WHICH PACKAGE I WANT?

If you have reserved a photo shoot, you have already paid the recording costs of the shoot. After the shoot it is possible to make a choice from a number of digital packages.

Because it is nice to first see the photos that you can choose from, you only make the choice for a digital package after the report, when the photos are ready. It is not mandatory to buy a digital package after the shoot, you choose what you would like to purchase.

WHERE ARE YOU ACTIVE AS A PHOTOGRAPHER?

My living/working environment is Domburg/ Zeeland, but in consultation, I travel throughout the country.

WHAT HAPPENS IN THE EVENT OF SICKNESS AND/OR BAD WEATHER?

In both cases we will reschedule the shoot.

DO MY PHOTOSHOOT ALSO INCLUDE DIGITAL FILES?

Yes! If you reserve a photo shoot at Monique Bonnema Photography, you pay the recording costs of your report. This includes the number of digital files that is stated with the package.

If you want more digital files than stated in the package, you can choose to purchase additional digital files after the shoot. These are not included in the report price.

WHAT ABOUT THE PRICES AND PACKAGES NOW?

You will probably make a total of 2 payments. Namely when booking for the recording costs and after the shoot if you still want to order digital files or products. Digital files can be ordered in a number of digital packages.

After the shoot you will see an online gallery with the selection of photos from your shoot. This is the moment when you can still choose to order a package of digital files, prints, album or whatever you want. Depending on your choice, you will receive an invoice for this.

I SEE BEAUTIFUL IMAGES ON YOUR WEBSITE BUT I DON'T KNOW IF I WANT OUR PHOTO ON THE INTERNET. MUST THIS?

Of course this is not an obligation. All images on the website are posted with the permission of the customers. After the report has been delivered, I make a small selection of images that I would like to add to my portfolio. Only then do you have to decide whether you agree with this. If you don't want this, then you don't have to.

HOW LONG IN ADVANCE TO BOOK?

That depends a bit on the time of year and the day on which you are getting married. In the high season (approximately from April to September) Fridays and Saturdays are quickly fully booked. Usually the photographer is arranged about 9 months in advance. But sometimes you can of course find it later and your date can still be free. However, remember that this is a gamble and your wedding photography is an important memento of your day. Of course you want to have your favorite photographer captured! Once you're sure I'm your photographer, don't wait too long to let me know. Because then I reserve your date. I regularly have multiple requests for 1 date, so I'll be there as soon as possible. You can only have your photographer arranged!

DO YOU TAKE ALL WEDDINGS?

No, I shoot a maximum of 20-25 weddings per year. Why? Because, despite it being my full-time job, I continue to see it as a creative process. In addition, it is important to me that we have a good click. So that you feel comfortable with me. This ensures that we can take beautiful photos in which you are completely yourself.

I DON'T LIKE TO BE IN THE PICTURE, HOW DO YOU DEAL WITH THIS?

I am a documentary photographer and I make a narrative report. That means I'm present, not directing, and you guys just go ahead. I capture the beautiful moments. But if you also want a nice report, this is no problem.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE BEFORE I GET PHOTOS?

Within 48 hours you will receive a preview with some photos from the report. Then I will select and edit all the images. You will receive this within 6 weeks at the latest, but experience has shown that this is often faster depending on the high or low season.

WHAT HAPPENS IN THE EVENT OF ILLNESS AND/OR OTHER REASONS OF ABSENCE THAT MAY NOT PHOTOGRAPH OUR WEDDING?

In circumstances where I am not able to come and photograph your wedding, I will contact you as soon as possible to inform you. Then I will look for a replacement photographer as soon as possible through my network of photographers. A photographer that fits my style of photography as closely as possible.

WHERE ARE YOU ACTIVE AS A PHOTOGRAPHER?

My living/working environment is Domburg/ Zeeland, but in consultation, I travel throughout the country.

DO YOU ALSO PHOTOGRAPH WEDDINGS ABROAD?

Yes please! I haven't photographed a foreign wedding yet. But this is definitely on my bucket list! I think it would be great to be able to combine my passion for travel and my work as a wedding photographer. I like to capture the whole story at weddings. Even if your wedding lasts several days.

WHAT CAN I WEAR BEST?

I like to coordinate the clothing in advance (a color theme is very nice for groups). A little consultation works wonders. Feel free to bring something extra. Natural or colorful clothing, nice cap, funny glasses, trendy toys, blanket, other accessories, everything is allowed. Think about what you want to start the photo session with at home, so we don't have to start with a costume party. Taking pictures should be and remain a game for children. This is nice for the atmosphere.

HOW LONG WILL THE PHOTO SHOOT TAKE

Every type of photo shoot takes a certain amount of time. On average, a photo shoot takes about 1.5 -2 hours. Depending on how big the group is and whether there are small children in the group.

WHAT HAPPENS IN THE EVENT OF ILLNESS AND/OR BAD WEATHER CONDITIONS?

In both cases we will reschedule the shoot or move it to later in the day if possible.

CAN DOGS ALSO TAKE THE PHOTO SHOOT?

Yes! Naturally! Dogs are simply part of your family and certainly belong in the picture!

WHAT LOCATIONS ARE POSSIBLE?

For a family report, we meet at a beautiful location in the Domburg area. Enough beautiful places here in the area! For instance;

- The beach

- The forest

- Westhove . Castle
